Product introduction
The small dry mortar mixing production line occupies a small area, is cheap, and is simple to operate. It is very suitable for small factories.
The solution consists of 6 processes:
Manual feeding → lifting → mixing → secondary lifting → finished product storage → weighing and packaging;
1). Artificial feeding: manually feeding raw materials and additives into the mouth;
2). Lift the material: then lift the material into the mixer through the elevator;
3). Stirring: The mixer fully stirs the materials for about 5-10 minutes;
4). Secondary lifting and discharging: After the discharging is completed, it will be transported to the finished product warehouse through the secondary lift;
5). Finished product warehouse: After receiving the materials, the finished product warehouse is put into storage;
6). Weighing and packaging: Automatic weighing and packaging through the packaging machine at the exit of the finished product warehouse.
