Dry mortar, also known as dry-mixed mortar, refers to a granular or powdery mixture made from a blend of dried and screened fine aggregate inorganic binders, water-retaining thickening materials, mineral admixtures, and additives in certain proportions, produced by specialized manufacturers. Generally speaking, it is primarily composed of yellow sand, cement, thickening powder, fly ash, and admixtures, such as early-strength agents and quick-drying agents, which are added according to specific product requirements.

It can be transported to the construction site in packaged or bulk form, and after mixing with water in the specified ratio, it can be used directly. This machine uses a high-efficiency double-shaft blade mixer, which does not destroy the original state of the materials and ensures that the insulation coefficient of the mortar is not reduced due to the damage of the shape of the insulation materials, thus guaranteeing the insulation effect of the product.
