Product Introduction Gypsum mortar mixing production line has small footprint, low price and simple operation, which is very suitable for small factories.
The solution includes 6 processes:
Manual feeding → lifting → mixing → secondary lifting → finished product storage → weighing and packaging;
1). Manual feeding: manually feed the raw materials and additives into the mouth;
2). Lifting materials: lift the materials into the mixer through the elevator;
3). Mixing: The mixer fully mixes the materials for about 5-10 minutes;
4). Secondary lifting and discharging: After the discharging is completed, it is transported to the finished product warehouse through the secondary elevator;
5). Finished product warehouse: After receiving the materials, the finished product warehouse is stored;
6). Weighing and packaging: automatic weighing and packaging are performed through the packaging machine at the exit of the finished product warehouse.
